Participate in our Group Personal Training sessions at Flo's Taekwondo Studio, suitable for ages and fitness levels. Taking place twice a week, these classes offer a supportive environment to help you reach your fitness goals alongside others.

Join our engaging group sessions designed for up to 12 participants at your local senior living facility or care center in Central Arkansas. For just $50 per hour per group, you and your friends or residents can enjoy 1 hour of engaging fitness that enhance mobility, lower blood pressure, improve arthritis symptoms, and boost energy. Insurance may be a payment option for small groups, making it easier to prioritize your health. Build functional strength and move better while having fun with friends!

We offer specialized training designed to elevate student athletes to the next level, focusing on both mental strength and physical power. Our workouts are tailored to enhance performance and build resilience, ensuring that every athlete leaves with the skills they need to succeed. Aerobics

We'll be able to host one of our dynamic fitness programs, including Zumba, *Aerobics( water and step aerobics); tailored for individuals of all ages and fitness levels, including seniors. Our classes provide an inclusive environment that promotes health and well-being while fostering a sense of community. Experience a variety of engaging workouts designed to keep you active and motivated.
*Water aerobics will be held at your pool-at your facility (senior center or school). Step aerobics can be held at our studio in Pine Bluff at well as your facility or event.
