Yoga is known for its ability to ease stress and promote relaxation. Meditation is a habitual process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts. You can use it to increase awareness of yourself and your surroundings. Many people use it as a way to reduce stress, depression, emotional balance, increase focus, creativity, reduce pain, anxiety and develop concentration. Cancellation Policy
As the trainer, I will give you no less than one month’s notice if I must cancel a class. Both parties may request to reschedule at any time, if an alternate day and/or time is available. There is a $100 Plan cancellation fee. Cancellation fee will be waived if client is downgraded or upgrading their plan. Any refunds will be given in the form of a money order. All participants must perform a fitness assessment before participating in group training. BlairTheBiker Fitness & Wellness, or its affiliates, is not responsible for any injuries brought forth during or after fitness session; BlairTheBiker Fitness & Wellness will take extensive measurements to make sure every participant is safe from getting injured.
