I understand that stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) on a lake involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slipping or falling, collision with boards/boats/objects, weather changes, cold water exposure, drowning, equipment failure, and injury from strenuous activity. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks of injury, illness, or death, whether caused by my actions, the actions of others, or conditions on or near the water.
